| A: We ship via USPS due to the fact that UPS and FedEx rates are actually higher from our location because of our “remoteness from a local hub”. USPS also delivers on Saturday at no extra charge. |

A: Our nursery is certified pest and
disease free by the State of Alabama Dept of Agriculture. |

| Ordering |
| Q:How does the quantity price breaks work? |
| A:The Daylilies, 3½”, 4″, & 4¼” pots are each linked so that the price breaks are given to each item as a group. ex. If your order contains 3 each of 6 different 3½” plants then the price for all 3½” pots would be the 18+ price break. Each pot size is a different price group. |
Q: When will the items be “In
Stock” that are marked as “Out of Stock”? |
| A:Stock changes quickly as seasons progress. Check back often for stock updates. |
| Q: Why are some items discontinued? |
A: Some items have been
discontinued because of various reasons - poor performer,
supply, and breeder issues to name a few. |
| Q: Can I place a gift order? |
A: Gift orders can be sent with a
letter. Please add any information to the comments section
when ordering. |
Q: What happens if an item is no
longer available after I place my order? |
A: You may receive a refund for the
amount of those items, substitute another item, or we can
custom grow the item for you. Custom grown items
will take from 6 to 10 weeks or more. |

| Q: What states do you not ship to? |
A: We do not ship to AK or HI.
Some restrictions may apply when shipping to the following
states: AZ, CA, FL, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA |
| Q: When will my order be shipped? |
A: Orders are shipped when specified
by the buyer or next available ship date. Shipping is
done by location priority: 1) West Coast 2) East Coast & 3) Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, & Tennessee Some orders can be delayed due to
availability issues. 99% of orders are shipped
without backorders within one week. |
Q: How will my backorder items be
shipped? |
A: All backorder items that are not
shipped with the main shipment are via USPS Priority mail
at our expense. Some orders may be delayed if more
than 30% of order is backordered. |
| Q: My order froze in shipment, can you refund or replace? |
| A: Orders that freeze during shipment are not covered under our refund or replacement policy. Please specify a shipping date that is considered safe for the items to be shipped into your area. |
| Q: Why is there only a 24 hour claim limit? |
| A: The success of our plants should be evident when the box is opened. Normally plants will show damage, neglect, or poor quality on our part within 24 hours. After that there are just too many “acts of mother nature” beyond our control to extend a longer claim period. |
