Payment - All payments are to
be made with order. Any order made without payment will be
held. Please do not send cash.

Checks & Money Orders -
All checks and money orders are payable to Wright Holdings,
Inc. A $20.00 service fee is applied to all returned checks.

Credit Card - Credit cards are
not charged until 2-3 days before shipment. Be sure the credit card
does not expire before ship date.

Availability - All orders are
subject to availability.  Due to the nature of our
industry, items can become temporarily or permanently
unavailable. In such cases, you will be notified and
refunded if necessary.

Pre-Orders - These items are
marked with specific dates. They can be pre-ordered before
that date for shipment on that date or later.  Items will be shipped
on that date unless later date is specified.

Custom & Ordered on Request
- All custom and order on request items are non-refundable. 
Orders for these items must be made 90 days before delivery
date.  All items are subject to supplier availability.

Shipping - All items are
carefully packaged and shipped on the date specified by the
buyer. Be aware that we ship items when you want them,
not when a book says too or the weathers just right. 
Orders completed after midnight Saturday may be delayed in
shipping until the following week. Actual shipping day is not guaranteed, even after “hold for shipping” confirmation. Plants don’t always cooperate with shipping dates and we try our best not to send undersized material.

Claims - Claims on items are
limited to damaged or unsatisfactory material within 24
hours of receipt of shipment. We may require the return of
claim material at the buyers expense or a digital photo of
the shipment in the box.  If you do have unsatisfactory
or damaged material, please take photo before and after
unboxing. Claims on frozen shipments are no longer accepted, please specify a date that is safe for shipping the items into your area.

State & Federal Quarantine
Requirements - By state and federal law we are
required to chemically treat all state to state shipments to
prevent spread of fire ants, disease, and other pest.

Privacy Policy - All
information provided through Wrightgardens.com to Wright
Holdings, Inc. is only stored for future reference and is
not sold or given to anyone else.
