Caladium ‘Talok Prakeait’ — Red and Green Caladium

Description

Caladium ‘Talok Prakeait’ has bold red leaves with green edges. Fine pale or pink marks may add more color. It makes a strong accent in shaded beds and pots.

This plant likes warm soil and warm air. Protect it from frost and cold nights.

Light

Water and Soil

Use loose soil that drains well. Keep the soil lightly moist during active growth. Do not let the roots sit in wet soil. Caladium ‘Pad Manee’ likes similar care.

Warm-Season Care

Feed lightly while new leaves are forming. Remove old leaves as they fade. Growth can slow when days cool. Protect the tuber from frost in cold areas.
