When you purchase a warranty extension, we will extend our alive guarantee from 48 hours to 30 days. Please take pictures of unsatisfactory plants and submit through the help link on the post card in your package. Warranty will be sent as replacements or store credit.
How to purchase Warranty Extensions?
Each warranty extension covers $100 per order. Purchase multiple warranty extensions to cover each $100 on the order. Example: Purchase one warranty extension for an order of $50 and the order is fully covered. Purchase one warranty extension for an order of $150 and the order is only 67% covered.
