Okra

Okra, also known as gumbo or ladies’ fingers, is a warm-season vegetable. Okra is the seed pod of the Abelmoschus esculentus plant. Okra is a member of the mallow family ¢â‚¬â€œ related to cotton, hibiscus and hollyhock.
