Warranty Extension for Live Plant Orders

Description

Add extra protection to an eligible live plant order with a Wright Gardens warranty extension. This option extends the standard 48-hour alive guarantee to 30 days for the portion of the order covered by the extension.

How Coverage Works

Each warranty extension covers up to $100 of order value. If your order exceeds $100, purchase additional extensions so the full amount is covered. For example, one extension fully covers a $50 order, while a $150 order needs two extensions for full coverage.

How to Request Help

If a covered plant arrives or becomes unsatisfactory during the warranty period, take clear photos and submit them through the help instructions included with your shipment. Approved claims may be resolved with replacements or store credit according to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The extension is intended for eligible purchases from our live plant selection. Coverage should be purchased with the order you want protected so the covered amount is clear at checkout.
