Add a 72-hour heat pack to help protect cold-sensitive plants during shipping. We activate the pack before your order leaves our nursery.

When to Add a Heat Pack

Choose a heat pack when low temperatures may affect live plants in transit. It adds warmth inside the package for up to 72 hours.

Larger Plants

Plants in 6-inch pots or larger need one heat pack per plant. Smaller plants may share heat within the same packed order.

Plant Order Protection

Heat packs reduce cold exposure, but they do not remove all weather risk. Please review our terms and conditions of sale. You can also add a warranty extension for eligible live plant orders.
