Crassula marnierana, common name Jade Necklace or Chinese Pagoda. Small, slow-growing succulent with erect to trailing stems that often root when touching the ground. It grows up to 8 inches long. Leaves are green with red edges, thick, rounded, and tightly stacked along the stem. Zones 8-10.
